Editing website content

When users logged in to the website are authorised to edit content, they will see an extra green toolbar tab at the top of any pages they are authorised to amend. ThisĀ is the main centre for all editing requirements.

Toolbar tabs

The following tabs will appear in the members' section (not all will be shown in other areas). From left to right:

Contents (for folders only)

This allows you to view the content of each folder. You can see what folders, images or files are on this page in a tabular format. From here you can cut, copy, delete and rename items. You can also make them open to public viewing (or visa versa) by changing their status.

This is where you edit the content of the website. It is set up as a word document but with less applications or scope for adjustment to ensure continuity of content. You have boxes for a title, short description and body text of the page. At the bottom of this page you can add related images and items as links.

Employees (in members folders only)

Here you can add and approve employees of your company so they can become site users affiliated to your company.
