Board members
The Board is elected by the members. This is the current Board:
The Board comprises of nominees of member companies elected as described in the bye-laws.
Some directors are elected by all the members at the AGM. Additionally each sector group has the right to nominate a director to the Board.
An Executive Director, Secretary and Treasurer selected by the Board and ratified by the members also serve on the Board.
