Mike is a Chartered Accountant with extensive practical experience in senior positions with a number of leading UK and multinational companies. He has a well established track record in developing new businesses and has provided financial input to early stage projects in the waste-to-energy and recycling sectors.

Mike’s expertise extends to a number of areas of corporate fund raising and in specialist areas of taxation and R&D Tax Credits.

He founded Dana Commercial Credit Ltd, a leasing company which grew to become one of the leaders in its sector with over 45,000 customers receiving the coveted Malcolm Baldrige National Quality award for performance excellence in 1996.

Mike lives in Weybridge with his wife and son and has a daughter who is studying at Warwick.
