This free evening lecture will be presented by Juliet Davenport, Chief Executive and Founder of Good Energy, the 100% renewable electricity supplier.

The lecture will explore the potential solutions to climate change focusing on green tariffs and the difference they can make to the total installed capacity of renewable generation.

As a company Good Energy provides individuals, businesses and communities with the opportunity to become part of the solution to climate change through special products and services.

Juliet is herself an influential figure whose opinions have the power to shape government policy and make their mark on the future of renewable energy in the UK.  Before entering the private sector she worked at the European Commission on European energy policy and later at the European parliament on carbon taxation.  She has been appointed to the Government’s Renewables Advisory Board, advising Ed Millband and sits on a number of other Boards associated with climate change and power generation.

Her talk will be of interest to anyone wanting to find a solution to the problem of climate change and those already working towards this goal.
