Exciting opportunity for a Senior Wind Analyst to join an organisation whose expertise covers all aspects of energy projects. They enjoy an unrivalled reputation in the energy sector internationally and are currently experiencing a period of unprecedented activity.

As Senior Wind Analyst you will undertake energy yield verifications, analysis of operational wind farms and will use wind analysis software (WAsP, WindPRO, GH Windfarmer, WndFarm) packages to calculate P50, P75 and P90 figures. You will be responsible for producing noise, shadow flicker and telecommunication reports and the management, installation, maintenance and removal of temporary meteorological masts.

You will also become responsible for wind farm layouts and optimisation, determining the appropriate turbine class requirements for prospective wind farm sites, risk analysis and the gathering, validation and analysis of wind resource and meteorological data.

To be considered for the role of Senior Wind Analyst you will need to hold a degree (or equivalent) within engineering or physical science and have sound experience of wind analysis and energy yield predictions. If you also have strong analytical and IT skills, we would like to talk to you.
