The training programme is developed to deliver transferable skills including sales strategies; exporting and importing; identifying and prioritising target markets; deciding, establishing, and managing routes to market; customer service across borders; building customer confidence and closing the deal; Technology specific skills and more.

Training can be offered both online and in-person:

• One to one training or mentoring.

• Group training from one hour to a few days.

• Developing easy access reusable materials such as videos for popular topics.
