We’re pleased to announce the Compost Resource Framework—the revised and renamed version of the former Compost Quality Protocol— was published on 20^th October 2025.  This was postponed from the original publication date of 4^th August due to some issues around product storage, which have since been resolved.

To support the publication of the Compost Resource Framework, we invite you to attend a webinar where the EA, REA and REAL will walk you through the timelines and key changes. The session will include:

• An overview of the updates from the REA, with the Environment Agency (EA) available to answer questions
• An update from the Compost Certification Scheme on new Scheme requirements from Renewable Energy Assurance Ltd (REAL)
• A Q&A session to address your questions

This event is supported by ADBA, CIWM, ESA, GMA, NFU and is open to all.  The session will be recorded for anyone unable to attend on the day.  We look forward to your participation.
