Charge Point OPERATIONS is relevant for both the public and private EV charging markets.

he Charge Point OPERATIONS is a two-day training course designed to empower delegates with a detailed, in-depth knowledge of charge point operations and management in the UK and Europe. Delegates will learn about charge point hardware, software, communications systems, payments, and trends to a level of detail where they will be able to begin managing charging infrastructure.  A more detailed overview can be found here.

For those with limited previous knowledge of the EV charging market, we recommend taking the Charge Point ECOSYSTEM course prior to this course.

This course will run over two days. Each day will start at 9:30am and run to 5:00pm GMT and delegates will attend online via GoToMeeting.

In order to accelerate the transition to electric vehicles, the REA and EV Technology have partnered to create new training courses in the charge point sector.

The courses, designed for professionals seeking a good overview and understanding, to enter the sector and/or manage products in the ecosystem, are designed to rapidly expand the knowledge base and expertise in the UK.

To meet demand, thousands of professionals will require training in charge point market dynamics, operations, maintenance, and installation including those in sales, law, finance, manufacturing, operations, and services.

The REA and EV Technology have designed their courses to target aspects of the skills gap, with others leading on training in areas such as installation and repair.

The courses, a half day giving a high-level market overview for senior personnel, a one-day market introduction and a two-day operational deep-dive, can be taken independently or as a comprehensive package.

All courses are CPD-certified.
