When the legislative process is completed, the PPWR will amend Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 [on market surveillance and compliance of products] and Directive (EU) 2019/904 [the Single Use Plastics Directive], and repeal Directive 94/62/EC [the Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive].
