Payment and cancellation policy

All REA events are subject to the following standard terms and conditions.

Payment

All payments must be made in advance to secure your booking at an event. All delegates are encouraged to book and pay online by credit card via the REA website www.r-e-a.net. If payment hasn’t been received prior the start of the event, you may be refused entry.

In the case of last minute bookings, we will ask that you either bring a cheque on the day or bring your credit card details with you.

Cancellation policy

Should you be unable to attend a booked event, please confirm your cancellation in writing to [email protected].

  • More than 5 weeks notice – 75% refund
  • 4 weeks notice – 50% refund
  • 3 weeks notice – 25% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks or no notice – no refund

In the case of our training events, (i.e. PAS100 or PAS110) wherever possible we will endeavour to transfer you to the next available workshop or seminar at no extra cost provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. However, please be aware that we can only transfer you once.

Please note that if you wish to send a colleague in your place, you can do so at no extra cost provided you notify us 48 hours in advance.

REA reserves the right to change speakers or to change the date of the event in cases of illness or any other conditions beyond its control.

By registering for an event, you are agreeing that the REA can provide you with information relating to your booking and share your data as necessary i.e. with meeting/event venues to comply with their health and safety/security/dietary requirements. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties outside the REA unless legally obliged to do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
