REA Strategic Planning Session: Circular Bioresources
The REA are in the process of developing our strategic business plan for 2024. This includes mapping out all the key barriers and policy asks across our member forums and strategic pillars so that we can prioritise our actions next year and ensure we are clear on what we are calling for ahead of a 2024 election.
Our mapping out to date has been informed by ongoing discussions with members and continues to build on our 2021 REA Strategy. However, to help ensure we are capturing as many views as possible we are holding a series of online member engagement sessions on each of our four strategic pillars of heat, circular bioresources, power and transport.
The REA has already done a significant amount of thinking in relation to key policy challenges. To do this we have been developing a Theory of Change map for each pillar. Within each of the below sessions we shall be talking through our theory of change analysis, describing the relevant outcomes we want to see and the steps we believe will need to be taken to get there.
As part of this process, we will be asking members to provide their views in relation to our analysis, challenge our assumption and highlight any policy areas that may be missing or need further development.
This is an opportunity for members to help inform the REA’s future strategy and priorities as part of our business planning process. Join us so we can hear directly what you want your trade association to be focussing on!
Register for each of the sessions using the link below. All sessions will be conducted on MS Teams. A link to join each session will be sent to those who have registered.
